- Design, plan, and implement hydroponic farming systems to maximize crop yield and quality.
- Monitor and manage plant health, including pest and disease control.
- Conduct regular nutrient analysis and develop customized nutrient solutions for optimal plant growth.
- Implement climate control measures to maintain ideal growing conditions.
- Develop and maintain crop schedules and production plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hydroponic farming technology.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to conduct experiments and trials.
- Train and supervise farm staff on hydroponic farming techniques and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in hydroponic farming or controlled environment agriculture.
- Strong knowledge of plant physiology, nutrient management, and crop production techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
