Job Description
Role Description: ? Capturing farmers data in Bloom ? Developing a rapport with farmers by visiting the fields daily and providing them tips for a good harvest. ? Guide farmers with package of practices and ensure that the practices are followed (Strictly for Organic F&V) ? Helping out farmers in Organic Certification (in case of Organic) ? Regularly record and share the difficulties of farmers in the region which will help in ideating farm level interventions. ? visiting farmers daily and updating the crop status. ? Update the forecast daily to the CC incharge, B&M which will help them in sourcing plan ? Updating the CC QC and DC QC about the current level of crop and expected harvest quality in the area. ? Helping farmers in preparing a crop plan which will fetch them better returns and help CC in sourcing a range of fruits and vegetables from the collection cent Requirements: ? B.sc Agriculture graduate or bachelors in agriculture or allied fields ? Should have technical skills to guide farmers for a better yield
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
