Agri Drone Pilot Responsibilities: 1) Drone Operation: Operate agricultural drones to perform accurate and precise crop spraying activities according to predefined schedules and protocols. 2) Flight Planning: Plan and execute flight missions, considering weather conditions, crop types, and specific requirements of the spraying tasks. 3) Maintenance and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of drones, ensuring that they are in optimal condition for safe operations. Perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed and report any significant issues to the relevant authority. 4) Safety Compliance: Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines, both for drone operation and general work procedures. Ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and responsible manner. 5) Data Management: Collect and maintain accurate records of flight data, spraying activities, and other relevant information. Provide timely reports and updates to the project management team as required. 6) Calibration and Calibration Record Keeping: Calibrate the drone\'s spraying equipment, monitor its performance, and maintain detailed records of calibration activities. 7) Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to drone operation or spraying equipment promptly. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex problems efficiently. 8) Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including agronomists and ground staff, to ensure smooth communication and seamless integration of drone operations with other agricultural activities. 9) Training and Knowledge Enhancement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in drone technology, precision agriculture, and crop spraying techniques. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. 10) Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to drone operation, aerial spraying, and agricultural practices. 11) Work Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all work-related activities, including spraying logs, maintenance records, incident reports, and any other required documentation. 12) Equipment Management: Assist in the management of drone equipment inventory, including procurement, storage, and maintenance of spare parts and accessories. 13) Business Development : Scheduling the slots and motivating the farmers for use of drone in activities. Collaboration with farmers and other agencies. Qualifications: 1) Minimum of 1 years of experience as an agriculture drone pilot or a similar role is preferable. Freshers may also apply, selection subjected to live demonstration. 2) Valid drone pilot license or certification from a recognized authority is preferable. 3) Proficient in operating agricultural drones and familiar with various drone models and spraying systems. 4) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. 5) Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. 6) Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work in dynamic environments. 7) Willingness to relocate to Kushinagar (Eastern UP) and work in assigned areas Job Type: Full-time Salary: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Benefits:
