The ideal candidate will possess a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Agriculture Marketing or Agribusiness Management and have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the agricultural sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire agricultural value chain, from production to market, and significant experience in leading value chain development projects. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Lead the planning, development, and implementation of agriculture value chain and food park projects. \xc2\xb7 Conduct comprehensive value chain analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and market access within the agricultural sector. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with stakeholders, including farmers, agribusinesses, government agencies, and NGOs, to foster partnerships and drive project success. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the development of food parks, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. \xc2\xb7 Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices in agriculture value chain management. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and evaluate project progress, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
