Qualifications: Diploma (Ag)

Experience: 0 to 4 years

Location: Kapil Agro Farms - Sriramnagar, Moinabad, RR District, Telangana. Accommodation will be provided on the farm. Selected candidate will have to stay on the farm.

Skill Sets: Awareness of the following points is desirable. Candidate will report to senior agronomist and will be sufficiently coached by the senior agronomist while on the job.

? Knowledge of Agronomic practices followed in various horticultural crops (Fruits and Vegetables) like:

o Pruning management

o Nutrition Management

o Scouting and control measures for pests and diseases

o Harvesting management

? Record writing and record keeping of daily activities.

? Coordinating and supervising farm labour

? Annual Crop calendar development for orchards in advance

? Crop activity planning for vegetables from land preparation to harvesting.

? Ensure activity execution as per crop calendar.

? Ensure crop production with a focus on high yield, desirable quality and optimal costs.

? Flag the bottlenecks and constraints in advance which could potentially delay or stop the planned crop activities.
