Job Summary
Agricultural Assistant (MALE ONLY) - TO GROW VEGETABLES ON OUR LAND IN DANKUNI.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Supervising over 3-4 farmers.
• To look after vegetable growing.
• Land is with boundary wall and water and drainage is available.
• Tractor is available when needed.
• Electricity available.
• Key Skills
• Knowledge of Organic Farming : Organic growing techniques, crop management, soil health, sustainable farming practice.
• Plant Science : Strong knowledge of plant biology, pest and disease management and crop grow cycles.
• Ability to work well with other farm workers.
• Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years or more experience in growing various vegetables.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
