We are looking for people with good knack for product branding (product design, collaterals, campaigns), marketing, communication, good people skills. You must have interest in RURAL consumers and delivering innovative marketing campaigns for our products. You will strategize to enhance brand reputation, customer awareness and media presence. You will need to travel to small towns and villages for research and calibrating our efforts. The candidate must to be familiar with agriculture, rural economy, hard-working, manage their own team, work across different divisions, external PR and Branding agencies and willing to travel. You must be an established leader with capability to lead your team and peers. You will report to the Management.Responsibilities:1. Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies 2. Planning and managing branding budget.3. Development of branding collaterals catalogs, brochures, diaries, calendars, wall-paintings, signboards, flex banners, posters, instore branding, exclusive stores etc.4. Development of product branding, logo placement, color schemes, packaging, user-manuals etc.5. Skillful in handling digital marketing, planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying current trends.6. Manage inhouse team of graphic designers, videographers, and external agencies for online, ATL, BTL and PR activities. Lead idea development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to respond.7. Set clear guidelines for inhouse team and ensure timely delivery of artwork. Coach the team and get the best from everyone.8. Manage branding assets e.g. Display Trucks (mobile showrooms), Field Demonstrations (Trucks), Exhibition participations, wall-paintings, TV ads, rural promotional activity across medium9. Plan and manage company events e.g. season kick-offs, annual dealer meetings, technician and farmer meeting, press meeting etc.10. Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights through market research. Plan branding opportunities in various areas v/s crops and seasons by working closely with agronomy team to understand crops across India and develop well timed and useful strategies. All branding activities and strategy should be in sync with crop data.11. Develop cohesive brand strategies, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies with branding team. Align the company around the marketing direction and product line strategy.12. Ensure consistency in branding of products, packaging, user manuals, etc.13. Track performance of campaigns, branding activities to identify opportunities, report key issues progress report on your team and external agencies to management.14. Work with external branding and PR teams to improve our image and perception among farmers, dealers and government officials etc.15. Visit dealers to improve in-store and neighborhood branding16.
