AGRI STORE IN-CHARGE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Proper Knowledge of Pesticides, Insecticides, Herbicides and Fertilizers. 2. Managing customer (farmers) relations 3. Maintain day to day store work 4.Build and maintain strong customer relationships Maintain records of transactions and customer profiles. 3. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer (farmer) satisfaction. 4. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. 5. Knowledge about Computers Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Billing Software, Excel Sheet Experience:-
- Minimum Experience 0-1 Yrs.
- Diploma in Agriculture / B.sc Agriculture
- Proficient in computer skills, including billing software and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for agriculture.
- Plant diseases and pests\' knowledge specializes in onions, sugarcane, all types of vegetables, and fruits.
- Cell phone reimbursement
