,Title: Agri Field Officers Education: Diploma or higher in agriculture or agri-related field. Experience:
- 75% with 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in agri,
- 25% can be freshers upto 1-2 yrs
- Strong agricultural background with significant on-farm experience.
- Strong agri problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Familiarity with the problems and challenges faced by farmers, societies, and FPOs
- Conduct field visits to assess farmer needs and offer technical/product assistance.
- Develop and implement Innovative Agrify\xe2\x80\x99s agricultural extension programs.
- Train farmers on new agricultural technologies and practices.
- Monitor project progress and provide feedback.
- Compile and analyze agricultural production data.
- Write reports on agricultural activities.
- Represent Innovative Agrify\xe2\x80\x99s at community meetings.
- Identify and build relationships with agri product dealers at the village/taluka level.
- Agriculture/agri-related field experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English (for Karnataka)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to remote rural areas
- Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and evenings
- Technological savvy for inputting sales data or weekly reports via mobile, tab, or computer
- Paid time off
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hubli, Karnataka (Preferred)
