Build account level intelligence across all circles by publishing comprehensive dashboard.To manage and drive sales processes like sales automation , rewards & recognition and incentives, with an objective of speed and simplicity to business, whilst complying with agreed budget, timelines and policy guidelines.Key accountabilities and decision ownership[max 5]:

• Lead the Business planning for segment and play critical role in annual budgeting process.
• Develop and implement sales & Channel management processes, rewards & recognition programs for the sales teams
• Publish circle level dashboards covering KPIs, Product wise PAM productivity, feasibilities analysis, VEPP performance & Mid market 10K report
• Manage SME/SOHO tagging process and resolve cross segment conflicts through strong process implementation
• Manage & control segment opex

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

• Minimum experience of 8 to 10 years from Telecom/IT industry
• Experience in Analytics and Excel
• Sales operations & Partner management experience
• Strong understanding of oracle, CRM

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Graduate
