Hiring an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) /General Manager (GM) Sales (Commercial Leasing) to lead the sales team for Chennai, with a strong emphasis on commercial leasing within the coworking space industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial real estate, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the coworking and flexible workspace market.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, specifically focusing on leasing coworking spaces and commercial office spaces.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and large enterprises, for coworking and managed office spaces.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored workspace solutions.
  • Analyze leasing trends and occupancy rates to identify areas of improvement and new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.
Minimum Requirement:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in commercial leasing within the real estate or coworking industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
