About BD/India Sales:
India Sales function within Tally focuses on driving high quality customer engagement at scale. We are enthusiastic and growth focused team who support in building great brand experiences for customers and partners. Our sales experts work closely with the Partner ecosystem to ensure consistent delivery of delightful customer experiences and collaborative associations across geography. We are obsessed with the voice of our customers to fuel product innovation and profitable growth of our partners. You will get to coordinate with our partners by meeting new people and building a lasting relationship with the best tech sales team in the country. What we do:

What will you own?
The Certified Partner Business Group (CPBG) at BD India Sales has a crucial mission \xe2\x80\x93 enhancing customer engagement and boosting partner profitability. We view our partners as integral members of the Tally family. In this role, you will dive into the intricacies of the Certified Partner (CP) landscape, crafting new policies and programs, assessing existing ones for effectiveness, and proposing enhancements. Your focus will be on empowering CPs to efficiently manage customers and elevate their business profitability.

Success in this role means ensuring that our zonal and regional teams embrace and implement these initiatives effectively, leading to positive outcomes for our partners and, ultimately, our customers. Join us in this dynamic role with significant on-the-field impact.
Experience to bring with you:
  • MBA graduates from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges.
  • 8 \xe2\x80\x93 14 years of sales experience with relevant exposure to Account Management and Partner Management.
  • Experience of building and managing customer acquisition and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) program to drive broad adoption of product.
  • Good knowledge of managing sales and channel project.
  • Ability to analyse data to understand the market segmentation and factors impacting the business in the segments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to engage with key partner and customer stakeholders.
  • Good Knowledge of MS-office tools with expertise in Excel and Power point.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel.

What will you be doing?
  • Create and manage processes and policies to enhance customer acquisition and CSAT in the assigned Customer Segment.
  • Effectively communicate customer and partner policies to internal team members, partners, and customers.
  • Periodically engage with key customers to analyze the impact of Tally product, processes, and services on their business and suggest improvements.
  • Regularly engage with large partners across India, understand their challenges, and initiate strategic corrections to facilitate easier customer acquisition and improve CSAT.
  • Categorize diverse customer groups within this segment to deliver the most relevant product and service offerings from Tally.
  • Create a prospect acquisition plan for the assigned segment, clearly explaining the engagement methodology for easy entry into accounts and fast exits.
  • Establish a collaboration platform to enable partners to benefit from each other\xe2\x80\x99s expertise in addressing specific requirements of the segment customer.
  • Create comprehensive process documents for each program to provide end-to-end clarity to all stakeholders and guide them in their deliverables (e.g., acquisition plan for field resources, IT requirements for the systems team).
  • Study best practices in acquisition, management, and customer satisfaction for the assigned customer segment and adopt them appropriately.
  • Plan and budget promotion activities, including partner meetings and conferences, in collaboration with the relevant department.
  • Present progress on the growth of the business segment group at relevant platforms.
