Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate M&A opportunities (acquisition / divestment) and assist in providing preliminary views- Should be able to execute M&A transactions on end to end basis- Preparing Investment committee presentation, board presentation etc.- Independent networking and conversation with target buyers/ sellers- Other day to day tasksEducation and Experience :- CA or MBA- Investment bankers- Boutique advisory firmsWhy join us :1.
