Projects DRI to completion and running of plant. Both Kilns and auxiliaries project planning, control and execution.
Supervising project activities and handling the complete project cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution.
Finalizing the requirements and specification in consultation with engineering drawing consultants / collaborators, external suppliers contractors and clients.
Preparation of bill of material, cross checking contractor\xe2\x80\x99s bill forwarding and record keeping.
Ensuring and controlling the project cost within budget and timely completion of project.
Project review for tracking progress with plant and other departments for project needs.
