It is also a leader in organic farming and sustainable agriculture.Position - AGM / DGM \xe2\x80\x93 Head EngineeringExperience- 20-25 YearsEducation - B.E (Mech) or B.Tech (Mech)Industry - Sugar Industry/ FMCG/Fertilizers/Paper/CementLocation - Pugalur KarurProfile :Experience in the operation and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment/machinery/boiler plant of a large continuous process unit, Knowledge on vendor management.Exposure to quality systemsExposure to Safety.Exposure to handling of cogen plantIncumbent will be responsible for cogen plant performance.:Incumbent will be playing the role of Head of Dept.of Engg function which includes Electrical and maintenance of Cogen plant.

• Ensure Plant performance like downtime, crushing rate, loss in bag etc. Incharge of financial repairs, maintenance cost and capital expenditure proposals.
• carrying out planned preventive maintenance
• plan and carry out improvement activities
• meeting safety requirements
• handling of contract labour
• Statutory compliances of specified area
• Inventory control
• Planning and control of budgeted repairs and maintenance expenses
• Manpower training and development
• Experience in the operation & maintenance of the manufacturing equipment/machinery
• Experience in handling cogeneration plants
