Focus to improve the network KPIs for all technology. Support to improve the network KPIs for all technology. Liasoning with Vendors and cost reductionKey ResultAreas/Accountabilities Network uptime for all technology in the cluster. Plan & Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance to improve Network quality of the cluster for maintaining the operational KPI\'s for 2G & 4G network. MW uptime and ensure the visibility of nodes in the NMS. Liasoning with IP vendors and local authorities to improve the network performance and better customer experience. Ensure discipline in Asset / Inventory / Spare management documentation to have right track of Network assets Co-ordination with MTX team MW traffic shiftingCore Competencies,Knowledge, Experience Sound knowledge on troubleshooting of Nokia/Ericsson RANNodes Good knowledge on OSS , ENM, Mycom, BSC etc Good technical skills in MW domain, especially Traffic nodeof Ericsson, RTN in Huawei, FPR in Nokia & NECs Skills required for faster diagnosis & improve the availability Analytical and communication skill set. Experience- minimum 8-10 years of experience in BSS O&MRAN domain Nokia and Ericsson Administration and team building abilityMust have technical / professional qualifications B.E in Electronics and Communication.
