This role will be accountable for Operation and Maintenance of Zonal RAN/MW network, preventive maintenance, WFM KPI to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers.Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Ensuring to follow the HSW Compliances for self and among teams as per organization guidelines.
• Network uptime for all Technology in the Zone.
• Plan and Supervise corrective actions and Preventive Maintenance to improve the Network UPTIME of the Zone.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Zonal team in all aspects of RAN network.
• Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve performance.
• Network heath check to ensure consistent performance - drive SA alarms/parameter audit.
• Supports new site rollout and relocations to achieve monthly target smoothly by driving database audit, SCFT audit & Performance monitoring
• Implementation and acceptance testing of new node/features in co-ordination with partners, Central Quality & SNOC Team.
• Ensuring discipline in Asset/Inventory/Spare Management documentation to have right track of Network Assets
• Driving actions and Liaison with IP Partners, OFC Vendors and local authorities.
• MW Uptime and ensure the visibility of MW Nodes in NMS
• Ensure utilization monitoring and timely optimization/deployment of radio network capacity, license capacity, 4G spectrum and Transmission BW upgrade etc.
• Ensuring development and synergy to deliver high performance culture and safety
• Driving insights from Customer complaints analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Reduction of repeated Faults and MTTR
• Driving actions for WFM

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters (2G/3G/4G/VOLTE)
• Excellent domain knowledge and hands on experience on RAN/MW equipment\'s.
• Ability to manage others and Teams
• Administration and Team building capability
• Cross Functional support for Packet loss/TNL/Latency/S1 Outage and customer complaints
• Strong leadership and people management capability, Strategy handling skills, very good cross functional co-ordination.
• Customer centric, Innovative , Ambitious and competitive, Calculated risk taking & task oriented
