BD/India Sales:
India Sales function within Tally focuses on driving high quality customer engagement at scale. What will you own:
The pivotal role of a Sales Planning Manager involves spearheading strategic initiatives and ensuring the seamless coordination of activities within the sales ecosystem, aiming for excellence in partner and customer experiences.
This position demands a multifaceted skill set, encompassing a deep understanding of B2B indirect sales, proficiency in utilizing tools like MS Excel and Salesforce for data analysis, and the ability to interpret complex datasets to extract actionable insights. The primary focus centres on identifying trends, managing the sales funnel, overseeing budgets, and facilitating data-driven decisions across a diverse partner network. Successful execution of this role requires effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, disseminate (easy to comprehend) sales plans, align efforts, analyse performance metrics, offer recommendations for continuous improvement, and drive cohesive strategies.

Experience to bring with you: • MBA graduates from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges.
• Prior experience in projects/programs with focus on customer experience/Partner management.

What will you be doing? • Spearhead data visibility and facilitate meticulous planning / data-driven decision-making in the zone.
• Engage with partners, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate closely to understand their business models and align them with TSPL's objectives.
• Drive tech adoption and facilitate usage among partner ecosystems.
• Generate regular reports on partner performance, revenue generation, and market trends. Provide constructive feedback - guidance to enhance and optimize their contribution to sales objectives.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives. Present insights and developmental recommendations to all internal stakeholders based on market dynamics, partner performance and team achievements.
• Collaborate with cross functional departments to facilitate data driven insights, enhancing campaign productivity - designing cost effective sales initiatives and budgetary control.
