• Executes end to end operational processes & procedures for driving Service Delivery and ensuring the CRFS compliance. Ensure governance of process adherence, effective project management while ensuring adherence to the Vodafone values.
• Engagement with cross functional team to enhance Order conversion to delivery and support business to accelerate the revenue realisation.
• Manage Customer interactions and Escalations for service delivery across circles for to meet the customer expectation.
• Drive Customer acceptance and Commissioning of service for accelerating revenue. Drive quality; audit initiatives and raise the benchmark continuously to improve customer experience.
• Evolve SLA and KPI driven operations across circles to provide best in class customer experience for Business team on Service Delivery Domain.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, ExperienceCore competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

• 8 - 12 years' experience in the field of project management, Data Communications, Telecom and networking.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a Telecom Service delivery function
• Experience with Data Networking platforms and Enterprise products & services
• Project Management skills
• Vendor governance /resource utilization

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• BE/Diploma in Electronics & Communication/ Telecommunication
• Good stakeholder-management skills to interface with business heads
• Proven people management skills
• Effective communication and inter-personal skills
• Proactive in approach with positive attitude
• Balanced in handling emergencies
• Experience in virtual team management.
