Location MumbaiJob PurposeSomeone who has B2C/B2B digital experiences across web &
mobile. The incumbent will be responsible to work in a continuous
improvement model with tech, product, design, analytics &
business teams and build intuitive, memorable & scalable
experiences. He/she should be willing to focus on self, team and the
design chapter with core focus on the deliverables of your
squad/team.Responsibilities1. Understand product specifications and user psychology by asking
the right questions, looking at primary and secondary research
2. Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
3. Create personas through user research and data
4. Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
5. Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
6. Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability,
human experience led, transformative design)
7. Work with UI designers to implement memorable, high attention
to detail & high craftsmanship in designs
8. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers,
business and other stakeholders across digital
9. Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trendsRequirements and skills

a big plus
xefx82xb7Strong portfolio of design projects (consumer preferred,
enterprise, trade & retail also works)
xefx82xb7Background in project management and research
xefx82xb7Proficient with interaction design and information
architecture
xefx82xb7Proficient in SDLC software like Figma, Zeplin, JIRA, Adobe
CS & Google Suite is a must
xefx82xb7Knowledge of HTML/CSS; Flutter, JavaScript is a plus
Problem-solving aptitude

xefx82xb7Excellent communication & presentation skillsMust have
technical/professional
qualificationEngineering degree with 2-3 years of work experience
