• Responsible for solutions and engineering activity of connectivity solutions for Mobility 2G/3G/4G voice and data services, IT network connectivity using IP/MPLS VPNs and involving last mile connectivity on MW, LL, SDH, other media.
• Ensure HLD, LLD and service resources management for Captive network requirements, network consolidation, migration due to technology transformation in network
• Act as SME - Captive solutions, Change management and transmission solution engineering and design
• MOP for implementation/ service migration and support to provisioning team for acceptance
• Create solution template for standard services and customization of standard templates for complex requirement
• Support performance optimization needs as and when required for captive connectivity services
• Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
• Responsible for design of technical solutions related to multiple specializations (product/ technology) for customers with the objective of increasing revenue, profitability and market competitive and ensuring solutions provided meet customer requirements
• Jointly work with Sales/Presales, Network team with the objective of ensuring design and delivery of complex solutions as per Enterprise and Captive requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve all the transport related faults/queries at various

levels (OTN/DWDM/SDH/PDH/Carrier Ethernet technologies) for Critical,Major, Minor cases.Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Understanding of Network Architecture and network backbone and updated on latest technologies including various modules and key components of network.
• Able to communicate efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders
• Project Management skills
• Should be well versed with Routing and Switching domain, Cloud and security domain having sound knowledge on VPN and ILL products, Transmission technologies
• Should have understanding on Test and Measurement equipment like
