Role Project Manager Job Level/ Designation M2/ - Assistant General Manager Function / Department Solution Delivery - Information Technology Location Pune - IT HUB - HJW Job Purpose Manage development, maintenance and delivery of CRs and Projects impacting CRM Application / Modules and ensure delivery of business/IT capabilities in the portfolio. Lead Cloud Migration & Containerization using open source technologies for the CRM application - Designing the best cloud solution for the CRM application using (Azure / AWS ) Implementation of automation & digitalization of the CRM application Coordinate/collaborate with multiple partners/vendors to arrive at integrated project plan for demand delivery including small and medium transformation programs and drive partners to deliver within agreed milestones, scope and with quality. Conduct regular project reviews, manage risks, work on issues resolution and manage stakeholders and related communication. Role involves executing projects using various SDLC methodologies like Agile & Waterfall, also having good knowledge of DevOps , release automation tools, code review etc . Critical element of the role is to ensure zero defect delivery and bridge gaps between various stakeholders. Role is accountable for closure of the project in stipulated time frames. Support closure of L3 production issues on priority to ensure stable and streamlined operations. Demand Delivery - Delivery of small & medium projects in Waterfall / Agile methodology. Liaising & managing partners to ensure delivery as per the agreed solution. Effort Review and Estimation & Project management : Validate / review Delivery efforts, Project plan and approve development, build, Testing approach, SIT execution and releases and ensure project gets delivered as per the agreed milestones. L3 support: Analysis, review and tracking of L3 incident fixes to ensure it\'s resolved within the agreed SLA. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 6-10 years of experience in IT deliveries for BSS applications with min 5+ years of relevant experience into CRM system implementation / operations support projects Sound knowledge of Telecom domain (preferably COTS products viz Siebel CRM, Amdocs Billing, POS and surrounding systems), related business process and IT mapping across BSS. Business technologies components include but not limited to Angular , Spring boot , postgres DB, JBoss , Apache Wildfly , Siebel CRM (IP16 or above) , Oracle DB, Linux Experience of leading atleast 1 platform upgrade project Exposure of DevOps and CI-CD processes - github , Jenkins , Docker , Kubernetes Exposure of test automation tools - jmeter , java , selenium Experience of cloud migration projects will be an added advantages Experience in product implementation, mapping and migration of COTS products. Experience of working in multi-vendors/Multi stakeholder assignments, thus understanding diverse processes and approaches.
