Key Skills: Experience in Building Materials Sales

Sales Target : Capable of achieving a sales target of ?20 crores per month

Job Objectives:

• Develop and execute sales strategies in the designated area.
• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and product development.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present regular reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitive intelligence, to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, including pricing, contracts, and customer interactions.
