Job Title: Assistant General Manager (Sales)
Location: Azadpur, Delhi
Salary: ?45,000 - ?55,000 per month
Experience Required: 5-7 years in the Automobile, OEM, or Auto Paint industry
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (Sales) to lead our sales team in achieving business growth and sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automobile, OEM, or auto paint industries with excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
. Sales Leadership & Target Achievement:
. Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers to achieve assigned sales targets.
. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
. Ensure effective execution of sales plans across the assigned territory.
. Business Development & Client Management:
. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with OEMs, automobile dealers, and distributors.
. Secure and execute orders while providing after-sales support.
. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore avenues for business expansion.
. Team Management & Performance Monitoring:
. Keep the sales team motivated and track their progress towards targets.
. Monitor and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies.
. Ensure that Sales Managers submit timely monthly summary reports.
. Payment & Outstanding Management:
. Expedite bill payments and ensure control over outstanding dues.
. Work closely with the finance team to streamline the payment process.
. Travel & Reporting:
. Travel across India as required for business development and client meetings.
. Submit reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
. Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in sales & business development in the automobile, OEM, or auto paint industry.
. Leadership & Team Management: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Expertise in B2B sales, client relationship management, and negotiation.
. Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competition.
. Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel pan-India as per business requirements.
