Role Title Program Manager Sub Function/ Vertical/ Department Government Segment Band M2 Reports to Role (Position No) Business Head - Government Location Delhi - Gov / N / 06 Job Purpose Responsible for Decision Support system for the segment from policy changes to creating programs with Business Development Managers to drive funnel creation. Actively engage with cross functional teams to support segment in meeting time bound activities like tenders etc. Business Analysis, budgeting and business forecasting Extend support in governance on various business KPIs, keeping a close watch on cost elements. Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas (Max 5) Strategic Operational Facilitating SIP along with Business excellence teams. Create programs along with Business Development Managers for various ministries and drive execution Track tender participation and Tender outcomes across ministries and departments in the country. Monthly Performance tracking, analysis and communication on Focus ministry 5x5 heat map for management reviews Review and ensure periodical enrichment of Focus Ministry data and applications like opportunity size, spends, scope and products, contract calendar Launch and drive GTM for new propositions in specific government departments across Circles to drive funnel creation Track new developments in Central and State Ministries to keep the teams updated Design and drive campaigns across circles to boost time bound sales Win and loss analysis for all product lines for various telcos, to provide insights for better decision making in upcoming tenders. Working on detailed DB preparation for the segment and Circles/Clusters, identify the delivery shortfalls and work drive on business improvement plans with BDMs for the Circles Work closely with the Finance team facilitate issuance of and EMD and PBG for tenders and timely collection of the same by tracking and following up with the Circles. FLD outstanding follow-up, track link acceptance delays, Validate Waivers and posting the same in system, resolution of bad debt cases. Create tender repository for Account Teams Where they get all bidding related documents online. On boarding new team members, updated presentations, capability decks and all tender related documents on Gyanmandir portal Maintain Sales process hygiene - Funnel discipline Account Development Plans, WCS are created & updated Trainings & Certifications are completed as per the timelines. Developmental Develop self through continuous training and familiarisation on all products, focus ministry programs, organisation, and key projects under digital India initiative building capabilities. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications (Max 5) Familiarisation with Ministries Products Knowledge important VIL Systems and process knowledge is extremely critical Ability to engage with cross functional team to get the segment agenda moving forward. Strong analytical skill for business analysis and ability to analyse data and covert it to meaningful business insights Technical / professional qualifications: Desired Competencies/ Skills Fluency with all relevant programs to analyse data and presentment. Strong interpersonal skills to get work done on time. Eye for detail to do RCA for any business problem. Educational Qualifications University Degree with hands on experience in handling data , or equivalent qualification Key Performance Indicators (Max 5) Achieve budgeted revenue & Order Booking as per DB, Churn, ARPU. Meet collection outstanding targets. Accurate Business forecast and timely insights to teams for course correction Business Basics - Funnel Hygiene, Contract Calendar, Contract management, VIL Share of Wallet, Ministry insights - programs, potential and budget outlays.
