Job Responsibilities for Plant Manager (Glass Bottle Printing Plant)Responsible for overall plant effectiveness, cost of production, production targets, quality, statuary compliance, training & safety. monitor records for attendance contractual manpower, payroll, production, and encouraging the development of ideas from supervisors and employees.xc2xb7Effective control over routine operations of Screen manufacturing, Screen Printing & Frosting process, on Glass Bottles with utilities like UV Curing, Oven, Instrument Air, DG Sets, ETP etc.xc2xb7Hands-on experience of Kammann Screen Printing Plants.xc2xb7Coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant capacity utilization of plant machines & equipmentxc2xb7Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance to increase productivity and enhance performance, Cost analysis of daily production cost & immediate corrective measures takenxc2xb7Ensure company policies and procedures are always followed and Provide training to staff as necessaryxc2xb7Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order by implementing best maintenance practices.xc2xb7Repair or replace plant equipment as needed, undertakes predictive, planned & preventive maintenance & upkeep of various critical and non- critical equipment.xc2xb7Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants (ETP plant, Fume Extraction System, Scrubbers, Wastewater, Safety measures).xc2xb7Effective control over Reduce, Reuse & Recycle of water and other utilities.xc2xb7Control over Bill Of Material for production and overall control over quality norms with ZERO DEFECT product.xc2xb7Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues equipment wise maintenance & expenditure records & provide in depth analysis to aid decision makingxc2xb7Timely month-end closing of inventory & production modules and maintain the stock of all resource of inputs (Glass bottles, Inks, Chemical, Spares and consumables etc).
