We are seeking an AGM-Presales to join our team in Delhi. The role involves leading presales for IoT-based surveillance solutions, identifying customer needs and industry trends, especially for Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Responsibilities include developing strategies, analyzing RFPs, delivering technical presentations, providing product feedback, and managing POC documents. Should have 8 years\' experience in presales or sales engineering in IoT-based surveillance, strong technical skills, excellent communication, ability to travel, and strong organizational and influencing skills.   • Identify customer needs and industry trends, especially for Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
  • Support sales by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and creating customized solutions.
  • Examine PSU RFPs to design compliant solutions with product and engineering teams.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals for PSU projects.
  • Provide feedback for product improvement based on customer and industry insights.
  • Create and manage technical and commercial materials.
  • Develop and maintain Proof of Concept (POC) documents.
Requirements * Bachelor\'s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master\'s is a plus.
  • 8+ years in presales or sales engineering in IoT-based surveillance; PSU project knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong in IoT, video analytics, computer vision, and data security.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel for customer visits and industry events.
  • Keen interest in technology, IoT, and surveillance.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
