Job Purpose

To be responsible for strategic planning and project controls to ensure delivery of the project as per business goals.



Principal Accountabilities
• Responsible for evaluating land parcels and provide construction timelines for Business case basis analysis of constructability of design test fits.
• Responsible for developing and monitoring overall preconstruction program from Land to Launch incorporating deliverables of Design, Liaison and COE. Drive Technical due diligence.
• Responsible for attending Go To Market (GTM) to align with all business stakeholders to work towards Launch plan.
• Responsible for developing Project Execution Strategy (PES) incorporating Site Establishment strategy, Work Sequence, Manpower Planning, Contracting Strategy, Cash Flow, and all essential aspects of Project.
• Prepare & Monitor Annual Operational Plan, ensure achievement of milestones as per plan.
• Responsible for Program Manage Sales Gallery - Design Coordination, Vendor Onboarding and Execution of Sales Gallery as per business need.
• Drive Project Initiation - develop Interim budget requirements, plan preconstruction activities of Infra Set up, Site Barrication and Demolition etc.

Qualification and Experience
• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engg.
• Postgraduate - (NICMAR / RICS preferred)
• 14-18 years of work experience
