• Responsible for circle Microwave access and back haul network and the service experience
• Microwave network architecture compliance. Continuous audit of the network and ensure compliance
• Microwave network acceptance with respect to quality of installation, architecture, and eco system
• Build a support system for process standardization and OSS integration of the transport network
• Responsible for regulatory compliance of the operating MW network
• Service performance analysis and drive performance improvement activities to ensure better RNA

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Accountable to deliver the Network and service KPIs for the Microwave network & systems . Deliver service experience to Mobility and enterprise customers.
• Work closely with other transport & RAN functions in the circle and central to meet uptime , fault KPI, performance KPI and Change management KPI.
• Implement circle specific solutions to improve experience for Voice and Data services
• Responsible for preventive maintenance of Microwave network to reduce outages, alarms , performance issues and equipment damage
• Work with OEMs, Optical ,OSP teams, NOC and other Field Engineers and drive them to reduce MTTR
• Drive TAC team for RCA/Plan of Action and its implementation
• Deliver Opex saving by network optimization,
• Responsible for effective spare management- plan, distribution and R&R, Asset tracking- Live inventory, tools etc
• Deliver training to Field Engineers

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• 10-12 Years of experience in Microwave network in service provider/OEM environment
• Technical expertise in Microwave communications, MPLS-TP, Ethernet ,SDH etc
• Understanding of Mobility services such as 4G, VoLTE desired.
• Hands on experience in managing Huawei/Ericsson/Ceragon/Nokia/ZTE devices in a multi-vendor architecture
• Excellent team building capabilities, communication & Presentation skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic and matrix organization

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Graduate in Electronics
