We are looking to hire a full-time IT Business Partner Manufacturing for one our leading FMCG Client in BangaloreIt would be required for him/her to play a critical role in driving digital transformation and operational excellence within the manufacturing function by implementing relevant technology platforms to automate, digitalize and transform manufacturing operationsWork week: Mon- Sat with 2nd & 4th Sat offLocation - BangaloreAge limit- upto 42 YearsBudget - upto 50 LPAIdeal Notice period- within 60 daysEducation : An MBA (preferably with a BE/BTech)ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with manufacturing and factory teams to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and technology needs, and translate them into IT initiatives and solutions.Lead the implementation and optimization of solutions relevant to manufacturing operations, including Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Material Requirement Planning (MRP) processes, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.Drive digital factory initiatives to enhance automation, efficiency, and visibility across manufacturing processes, leveraging technologies such as IoT, data analytics, and robotics.Develop and implement solutions for production planning and scheduling, capacity management, and resource optimization, aligning with business priorities and operational requirements.Partner with quality management teams to implement and maintain quality control processes, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure robust and secure connectivity for manufacturing systems and equipment.Facilitate change management and adoption of new technologies within the manufacturing environment, providing training, support, and documentation as needed.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in manufacturing and IT, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTAcademicAn MBA (preferably with a BE/BTech)Professional15+ years of experience in IT business partnering or similar roles, with a focus on manufacturing operations and SAP implementation.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, including Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Production Planning, Execution, Maintenance, and Quality Management.Hands-on experience with SAP modules relevant to manufacturing operations, such as PP, MM, PM, QM, and MES.Experience with digital factory initiatives, including IoT, data analytics, robotics, and automation technologies.Experience working with industry-specific manufacturing solutions or platforms.
