Prioritize & drive projects for outcomes that are aligned to meet LOB's business aspirations. Act as an aggregator between customer, technology, CFT and partners. Responsible for knowledge management and ensure process adherence within VIL to deliver a differentiated CXXKey Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Own Large & Transformational Projects delivery for key customers.
• Define & Execute complex & be-spoke strategic initiatives across IoT with measurable milestones & deliverables to realise LOB's business objectives.
• Identify, manage and resolve dependencies, risks and issues on all layers (technical, commercial & organisational) which could affect the successful delivery.
• Guide & motivate the circle teams to innovate and bring appropriate changes in service delivery depending on market realities and demands
• Managing partners and driving partners to ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Set direction and influence cross-department engagement for program execution and drive synchronization across multiple program teams
• Drive data-driven decision-making, including actively guiding scoping and prioritization decisions on key programs

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Project planning from the scratch, understanding the techno-commercial deliverables, working closely with VIL internal solutions/Sales/Network teams, and acting as a SPOC for the end customer.
• Advocating the end customers for the day to day project deliverables, operations, addressing RF coverage related complaints, connectivity/data communication shortfalls, SLAs, Billing related, etc.
• Must have a strong understanding of troubleshooting the TCP/IP packets in terms of customer reported problem statements related to latching, data communications, SMS, inhouse portal etc.
• Fair understanding of various types of Application integrations, network connectivity, Network Protocols, MPLS link delivery, etc.
• Must have a good understanding of various Telecommunication technologies and Standards (4G, 5G, MPLS, 3GPP etc.
• Leading both internal and customer leadership meetings, preparation of relevant documentation and stakeholder management
• Decision making capabilities, creating the mitigation plans, tracking critical project milestones and MIS/Reporting
• Proven track record in delivering large and strategic projects in the areas of mobile communications & IOT services, Automotive & Aggregator sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) as well as traditional project management practices.
• Experience with delivering solutions on varied IOT applications & new age technology (IOT Sensors, Application, Cloud Based Applications, AI, BI)
• Experience with solution design and system architecture

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Graduation: B.E/B.Tech - ECE/EEE/CSE or relevant work experience
• Strong Understanding of M2M, IoT and cellular technologies i.e. IOT Sensors, Platform, Packet Core (PACO) Network, GSM, and other serving nodes.
• Knowledge across various domains in IoT space including Oil N Gas, Fleet Management, IIOT etc
• Deep practical knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum and PMP or Prince2). Certified Scrum Master and PMP desired
• Prior experience in B2B or Telecom B2B & Ability to deliver in a dynamic, high- growth, high-uncertainty environment.
• Certifications like CCNA/PMP/Cloud certifications would be a plus.
• Fair understanding in project management tools like Jira, MS Projects or equivalent.

Years of Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience of leading large projects as part System Integration business/Project Management/IT Solution Delivery/OEM ecosystems or Equivalent
• Previous experience in leading complex projects related to Telecom, Smart Cities, AMI (Smart meters, HES, MDMS), City Surveillance, IOT or equivalent
• Solid understanding of various IOT solution architectures and customer use cases
• Experience in various data centre technologies like compute/storage/Networking technologies, DC/DR failover mechanism - On-prem and Cloud
