Assistant General Manager - Design for an Home Furnishings Export Business.Salary Upto 1.75 LPMLocation IMT ManesarMUST HAVE -Preferred experience is 15 years and above in Textile Designing of Home Furnishings products.Ideally qualified from Top tier NID/NIFT/Pearl.Experience of designing home furnishing products in the Top of Bed(TOB)-Bedding, Cushions, Quilts, Duvets, Shams and Top of table(TOT) - Kitchen linen categories.Understanding of home lifestyle and fabrications as it relates to the current market trends is necessary for this role.Candidate needs to have worked on software programs such as Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator) and has the ability to communicate design ideas through CAD and Specs.RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan:Seasonal collection from concept to execution.Research and study trends with an ability to identify white spaces in the market.Submit competitive analysis (analyse collections, fabrics, design concepts).Design schedule to ensure timely completion of designs and styles.Showroom setup and presentations for customer meetings.Create:New product and trend ideas for each season.Original, trend-appropriate design concepts that meet market needs and ensure timely execution at each stage in the process.Qualitydesigns in all assigned collections that are relevant and trendsetting while upholding the aesthetic of the Sarita Handa brand.Concept/mood boards, color palette, fabrics and trims, prints and embroideries.Presentation boards for meetings, mock-ups, fabrics, color ways, color-ups, inspirational photos. Build:Effective relationships with internal partners in Design, Merchandising, Materials and Sourcing to help execute cross functional synergy and collaboration.

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?1,750,000.00 per month
