Desired Candidate's Profile:
10 - 15 Years of relevant experience in Liaison role from reputed Real Estate Companies.
Any Bachelor's degree
Proficient in English, Telugu, and Hindi
Proficient in MS Office
Roles and responsibilities:
He should have at least 10-15 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Should be fully familiar with the working of Government departments and have established a good contact base. Facilitate communication between Government departments and the Company.
He should have undertaken statutory approvals for multiple construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction industry regulations, policies, and protocols.
Build and maintain strong relationships between internal stakeholders and various Government agencies for seeking statutory approvals involving multiple agencies.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Telugu and English, and verbal communication in Hindi.
Should be able to resolve conflicts if any and seek resolution at an early stage.
Ensure complete information management on the issues involved with the stakeholders
