Background: Mission RIEV MMCS Ltd aims at bringing smiles on the faces of people through serving people with customised services for addressal of their day to day worries through technological platform at low cost, with optimum quality and shorter timeline. For this purpose, the Society plans to identify and finalise the Panchayat Business Associate in each Panchayat who will act as Member Secretary of the Panchayat Management Board (To be constituted after minimum 50 primary members' enrolment). The role of identifying and finalising Panchayat Business Associates will lie with the Block Expansion Officers (BEOs) to be appointed in each Block who will report to the AGM Expansion. Every BEO will ensure minimum 10 contracts of Panchayat Business Associate every month. The following is the description of the vacant position of AGM (Expansion):

Qualifications: Minimum Graduate or Above- Chartered Accountant Preferred

Skills: Accounts & Finance Excellent Communication, Motivation, Supportive Supervision, People Handling, Troubleshooting and Progress Tracking.

Desirable: Finance & Accounting Project Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management.

Responsibilities:

1. To devise and control accounting and finance process of the Society

3. To review the daily progress of the accounting and financial progress

4. To conduct auditing and comply with statutory provisions.

Perks: Rs. 35,000 /- Monthly Fixed Basic plus incentive

Incentives: Variable incentivisation policies may be applicable whenever available.
