Ensuring all the Society equipment are running smoothly.
All the Un-serviceability is addressed on priority.
2-Governance of SLAs
Implementation.
Ensure they are adhered and monitored
vendor mgt.
3-Updated Documentation /Records
Up Keeping and maintaining all the NOC, Renewal, AMC's and all the relevant documentation.
Keeping all the Fire drill and any evacuation plan records
Processing of vendor billing
4-Complaint Management
Regular monitoring of all the complaints and feed back
MMR to have all the Pending and closed complaint details.
5-Briefings
Proper Briefing of Supervisor's-HK/Plumber/Electrician/Managers
6-Response to any Incident
Be able to handle all problems and provide directions.
Should be proactive in addressing the problems which may occur.
7-Manpower Management
Optimum utilization of resources- Housekeeping, maintenance, Garbage, STP.
8-Material Management
Projecting the material requirement of - Plumbing, electrical, Civil and mechanical
9-Meetings and interactions
Conduct meetings with the residents to mitigate regular issues and complaints
10-Event and Mock drills management
