Job Description

Key Responsibilities:•

1. •Leadership and Team Management:•

- Supervise, train, and lead the electrical engineering team in day-to-day activities.

- Ensure proper resource allocation, task delegation, and monitoring of progress.

- Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

2. •Project Management:•

- Lead and manage electrical projects, from design and planning through to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

- Coordinate with other departments, such as HVAC, mechanical, and civil, to ensure seamless integration of systems.

3. •System Maintenance and Optimization:•

- Oversee regular maintenance, inspections, and upgrades of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, control systems, and backup generators.

- Ensure all electrical installations and systems comply with national and local safety codes, including the NEC (National Electrical Code).

4. •Compliance and Safety:•

- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, including OSHA and electrical safety codes.

- Lead efforts in implementing safety protocols and conducting training for staff.

- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of all electrical equipment.

5. •Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:•

- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues and breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.

- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance measures to reduce downtime and ensure operational continuity.

6. •Budgeting and Financial Oversight:•

- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for electrical projects and maintenance activities.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities in electrical operations, maintenance, and equipment procurement.

7. •Stakeholder Coordination:•

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure electrical systems are up to specifications.

- Provide technical expertise in client and vendor meetings to resolve issues and improve designs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?95,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
