Job Description


We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Lead (AGM Level) with a strong understanding of tech industries to drive digital marketing strategies, optimize performance, and scale brand presence. This role requires expertise in B2B digital marketing, website management, content strategy, automation, and analytics, with a special focus on marketing for deep tech domains such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, blockchain, IoT, and other emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience marketing complex tech solutions, engaging audiences, and building a demand-generation engine tailored to be highly technical for software and hardware industry decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored for deep tech solutions to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. Translate complex technology concepts into compelling marketing messages and campaigns that resonate with government, defence, C-suite executives, developers, and enterprise buyers. Define KPIs and benchmarks to measure and optimize digital performance across all channels. Website & UI/UX Optimization: Build, optimize, and manage websites to enhance UI/UX while ensuring high performance, security, and seamless navigation. Balance SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and deep tech content strategies to create a customer-centric digital experience. Implement AI-powered website personalization to improve engagement and lead conversion. Content & Technical Marketing: Develop a robust content marketing plan across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and technical documentation to target highly specialized B2B audiences. Create and oversee thought leadership content, including research reports, webinars, and expert interviews on emerging tech trends. Develop content and marketing assets that simplify and showcase deep tech innovations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Oversee social media strategy, ensuring timely, engaging content to enhance brand awareness in deep tech ecosystems. Marketing Automation & AI-driven Engagement: Leverage AI-driven marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement. Implement predictive lead scoring, dynamic segmentation, and personalized email marketing to enhance conversion rates. Continually track and optimize conversion rates across the marketing funnel using AI-driven analytics tools. Performance Marketing & Data-Driven Growth: Drive online traffic and lead generation via SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, programmatic advertising, and intent-based marketing. Utilize data science and AI-driven analytics to predict trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize marketing ROI. Analyze competitive intelligence, customer behavior, and digital performance to fine-tune campaign strategies in deep tech industries. Collaboration & Ecosystem Engagement: Work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Engage with developer communities, open-source ecosystems, and tech forums to amplify brand presence. Partner with external vendors, agencies, and contract teams to scale marketing initiatives globally. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 8-15 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within tech industries (B2B, B2G,SaaS,Govt selling, Enteprise). Strong understanding of technology stacks, developer ecosystems, and enterprise IT solutions. Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, performance marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing tailored for highly technical audiences. Experience in email marketing, CRM, and AI-driven marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.). Knowledge of AI-powered marketing strategies, including predictive analytics and personalized content delivery. Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, website architecture, and technical SEO. Knowledge of working on audits, legal compliances, etc Experience working in high-growth tech startups or SaaS companies is a plus. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio, and AI-powered marketing analytics platforms.
