Role: AGM/ DGM
Exp: Minimum 10 Years in API sales for ROW markets (APAC+LATAM+Africa)
Ctc-upto 25 Lpa (Depends on interview)
Working days- 6 days (Alternate Saturday off)
Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Business Head to design the company's overall strategies, sales and marketing plan for assigned territories.
• Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of team members, such as country Managers, executives and ensuring a healthy working environment.
• Contributing to sales innovations, strategic business development, and the profitability of the company as determined by the company's strategic goals.
• Evaluating the success of the company in achieving its goals in assigned territories and formulating plans to corrective measurement and implementation.
• Managing the daily operations and revenue generation of the company and ensuring its continual growth.
• Budgeting and annual travel plan for assigned territories for individual and team. New market identification and presenting the strategies and business plan to the business head.
• Assisting and identifying ways to increase revenue and decrease costs, analyzing financial reports of respective territories, and preparing operating budgets.
• Maintaining awareness of competitors, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards.
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed
• Should be excellent trainer with real and authenticated examples and should have good repo in industry.
• Strong API industry knowledge and track record on achieving the annual budgets for respective territories.
Requirements:
• B. Pharm/B.Sc degree, MBa in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field customer satisfaction.
• 5 or more years' experience in a managerial role for API business in respective territories (Sr. Manager/Assistant General Manager). Total experience should not be more than 15 years.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills.
• Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident and goal-oriented.
• Current working knowledge of the API industry and the willingness to maintain your knowledge.
• Knowledge of any CRM platform (Sales force/MS CRM/PBI)
• Education: B.Pharm/BSc Chemistry + MBA (Sales & Marketing)
