Key Responsibilities
Market Development:-
- Research and develop new leads and agents in potential and existing markets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to qualify developing business opportunities.
- Leverage industry contacts for strategic intelligence and assess the viability of potential projects.
Business Growth:-
- Direct business development efforts to support strategic growth goals.
- Serve as a capture manager for specific business opportunities.
- Participate in target/bid reviews and provide feedback to senior management.
- Ensure successful transition from the capture phase to proposal process.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance business development
Client Management:-
- Travel to core and developing countries/clients as needed.
- Oversee management of private Indian EPC clients for their tender and procurement requirements.
- Act as a point of contact between buyers and the technical production team.
- Coordinate with departments for deal closures and product briefs.
Analysis & Reporting:-
- Track and execute orders from enquiry till payment realization phase.
- Conduct data analysis of markets and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Perform preliminary financial analysis for each deal.
- Prepare deal pitches for leadership approval.
Marketing & Approvals:-
- Create and oversee development of marketing collaterals such as corporate films, catalogues, websites, and brochures.
- Spearhead international approvals and accreditations like UL, ENEL, SIMM, etc.
- Guide and groom the international business team to work as a cohesive unit.
