Description:Desired Candidates Profile:
  • 10 - 15 Years of relevant experience in Liaison role from reputed Real Estate Companies.
  • Any Bachelors degree
  • Proficient in English, Telugu and Hindi
  • Proficient in MS Office
Roles and responsibilities:
  • He should have at least 10-15 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Should be fully familiar with working of Government departments and having established good contact base. Facilitate communication between Government departments and the Company.
  • He should have undertaken statutory approvals for multiple construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry regulations, policies and protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship between internal stakeholders and various Government agencies for seeking statutory approvals involving multiple agencies.
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Telugu and English, and verbal communication in Hindi.
  • Should be able to resolve conflicts if any and seek resolution at an early stage.
  • Ensure complete information management on the issues involved with the stakeholders
