This role involves coordinating with the Pan India team and serving as the Corporate Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to ensure effective communication and operational alignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of cost management, and the ability to work collaboratively across regions.Key Responsibilities: * Cost Benchmarking:

• Conduct thorough analysis and benchmarking of operational costs across various clusters.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and best practices from different clusters.
• Develop and implement standardized cost benchmarking processes and tools.
• Cost Efficiency Improvement:

• Evaluate and monitor cost efficiency in each cluster.
• Recommend and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Track and report on cost-saving initiatives and their impact.
• Coordination with Pan India Team:

• Serve as the primary liaison for the Pan India team, ensuring consistent communication and coordination.
• Work closely with regional teams to align cost management practices and address any region-specific issues.
• Corporate SPOC Responsibilities:

• Act as the Corporate Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all matters related to cluster operations and cost efficiency.
• Ensure smooth communication and information flow between corporate and regional teams.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to cluster operations and costs.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on cost benchmarking and efficiency.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost management.
• Standardize and streamline processes across clusters to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost efficiency and operational performance.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools.
• Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks related to cost management and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Foster effective communication and collaboration between clusters, corporate, and other departments.
• Facilitate information flow and alignment across departments regarding cost management and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cost benchmarking, cost efficiency, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across regions and departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP).
• Experience in coordinating with Pan India teams and working as a corporate SPOC.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with occasional travel to different clusters, warehouses across India.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
