Role AGM - Collection and Retention Function / Department CS - Retention and Collections Location TN- Coimbatore Job Purpose Drive Post-paid Mobility Churn, Revenue Churn, CXXand help increase the post-paid business by ensuring lower Churn and Bad debt. Customer Base Management, High Value Base, High ARPU and AON relationship management. Devise strategies to improve collection and reduction bad debts, waiver and collection cost and collaborate with post-paid stake holders to enhance customer experience, digital and Telco adoption and ring fence customers with best fit plans. Pivotal cross functional influence in Customer life cycle, Retail, Marketing, Network and across CS verticals. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Monitoringand Co-ordinating with Zonal Team on achievement of Monthly and Quarterly Post-paid DB Target - Collection, Churn, Bad debts, Waiver and Customer Engagements Partner engagement and efficiency - build operational efficiency at collection agency thru structured review and governance. Build a strong feedback / VOC mechanism through continuous engagement with partner teams and customers Cross functional co-ordination to achieve organizational postpaid goals Leverage scale benefits and operating efficiencies like improving Due date Collections and higher compounded collections efficiency People Management through identifying timely need of resources Explore new avenues for cost reduction and efficiency improvement Competition benchmarking on Post-paid Products and Servicing Ensure reduction in costs by implementing various digital modes/ innovations and increase productivity. HSW compliance at agencies Zonal Team engagement - providing inputs, training and development on building capabilities, skills, competencies Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 7 to 10 years of experience in managing postpaid billing and collection, customer retention specifically in consumer segment Experience team management and agency management Capability to influence cross functional teams as per Metrix Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Data analytics and strategic thinking Must have technical / professional qualifications Graduate or Post graduate MS office and presentation skills Vodafone Idea Limited (formerly Idea Cellular Limited) An Aditya Birla Group & Vodafone partnership
