You will focus on providing thought leadership but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business.Responsibilities:

• Produce clearly defined requirements that can be refined in user story format acceptable to stakeholders and scrum team resulting in a backlog depth of at least 1.5-2 sprints of ready-to-work stories.
• Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor supporting the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery.
• Own the product development lifecycle of assigned product or capability areas, including status reports
• Understand technology systems and customer journeys impacted by product/capability area
• Understand trends and metrics associated with product / capability area
• Translate business objectives into effective communication strategies and agile implementations
• Initiate new business cases via ideation / brainstorming, stakeholdering
• Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs / issues.
• Participate in daily team standup meetings where you\'ll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges.

QualificationsRequired Skills:

• Experience with Jira, SQL
• Knowledge of agile software development life cycle methodology.
• Prior industry experience (Pharmacy, Healthcare, etc.) preferred.
• Must have good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must have good communications skills both verbal and written.

Required Experience & Education:

• 2+ years of experience
• 1+ years of programming or product planning experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
