Others kindly excuse. : Work on Agile and Waterfall projects and support BOSCH worldwide clients on various project Management topics Work on Agile projects or Hybrid projects as Scrum Master particularly for Finance and Purchase domains. Plan ceremonies, create Burn Down charts, assist in creating user stories, moderate the daily Scrum Meetings, prioritize user stories CIP initiatives for Process improvement and standardization Preparation of Department specific training manuals and presentation Interaction with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams for multiple topics related to project deliveries and execution Co-ordination and Preparation for System / process Audits and Quality Improvement methods Work on project management topics for support via back office activities Preparation of reports, charts and MIS reporting Process compliance for the world wide customers Work on project management topics for support via back office activities Preparation of Department specific training manuals and presentation Qualifications Qualifications BCom, BSc- Computers / BCA/ BE/ BTech ( Any stream) with around 4 years experience in Project and Agile Management. Certified Scrum Master from PMI, SAFe Agile certified Scrum masters Experience inProject managementin Shared Services Experience of working and defining processes in SAP Desirable - Agile Scrum Master certification or Product Owner certification Very good MS office skills (Excel, Powerpoint and Word). Desirable - Ability to program complex Macros and writing POWER BI Dax codes Excellentoral and written communication skills German Language skills desirable Excellentorganizational and analytical skills Abilityto be an effective team member and display initiative Ability to deliver presentations at Management level to create business opportunities Additional Information Additional information Job Location - Pune / Coimbatore / Bangalore The candidates shortlisted for this profile might have to work in German time zone. Hence the candidate has to be flexible with regards to the shifts. No night shifts though. Candidates have to mandatorily come to office atleast 3 days a week There is no permanent work from home option available.
