Our data is trusted by over 5,000 clients and 1.5 million consumers.The role of the Agile Manager is ideal for an experienced agile practitioner who exemplifies what good looks like in lean and agile ways of working. In this role, you will be an enabler to drive faster delivery of the correct value to Experian customers and clients. You could do this through:

  • managing, leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Agile Leads.
  • focusing on specific ways of working issues with Business Units, Domains and multiple teams.
  • Championing lean and agile ways of working within the CTO organisation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mManage a team of Agile Leads, supporting multiple teams in one or more domains, ensuring focus on, and supporting that the Agile Leads, are to driveing improvements in the delivery of value within their teams.
  • Be responsible for Agile best practice for one or more Domains.
  • Work closely with the Agile Leads and engineering teams to ensure lean and agile ways of working are practiced, using data points to help drive improvements. Coaching the teams to ensure a customer first mindset.
  • Drive the strategic agile initiatives at the domain level, providing data to the Agile Portfolio on improvements across their domains.
  • Supporting organisational transformations to Agile ways of working, demonstrating benefits of the transformations.
  • Provide agile reports to support teams and provide management information to demonstrate improvements in ways of working to stakeholders.
  • Be an active member of the Agile Portfolio teams, helping to implement strategic direction of the wider team and suggesting, driving continuous improvement activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to coach them on how to develop, create and measure OKR\'s. Alignment of OKR\'s to appropriate artifacts to help track and communicate OKR\'s to wider audiences.
  • Make use of metrics and measures to drive insight and continuous improvement to ensure the portfolio is continuously improving (e.g. DORA, Agile maturity, Team health etc) and impediments are processed promptly.
  • Use analysis to drive data led conversations when teams are not working in the best way and then use these results to influence, using various techniques changes in behaviour and culture with regards to ways of working.
  • Measure and Improve Agile maturity in the Teams and feed into the CTO roadmap to develop best practice define standards for organisational agility and devops.
  • Coach and mentor, the team members and the wider business to encourage an agile mindset and ensure a safe, positive and collaborative environment to continuously improve.
  • Challenge the status quo to disrupt current ways of working to improve future ways of working with a measurable outcome.
  • Enable transparency of the flow value through their domain with traceability back to strategic goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing and leading individuals and teams.
  • Deep working knowledge of agile methodologies, best practice, and experience in agile delivery environment.
  • Extensive experience of Agile toolsets, with a particular focus on metrics and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities, dealing with ambiguity, and thought leadership in areas that may be new to stakeholders.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, communication, Support and interpersonal skills
  • A personal style that embraces servant leadership, teamwork, cares deeply about the work and the teams, and shares openly and honestly with all.
  • Relentless positivity and enthusiasm that helps teams \'catch the spark\' of transformation and imagine new possibilities
  • Proven track record of enabling data-driven continuous improvement to allow teams to deliver value at pace while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to coach and mentor the team and wider business to create a safe and open environment where teams can succeed.
