Carry out requirement study and development activities with execution as per the scheduled plan.
Work closely with business to ensure that the requirement is clearly understood and work towards satisfying the agreed project objective
Carrying out activities as per QMF and Software configuration process
Plans and tracks implementations
Ensures bugs are fixed and tracked to a satisfactory closure during all stages of testing, including the post implementation review
Acquire adequate knowledge in both technology and domain that would help in better delivery and would help in executing the codes.
Ensure appropriate and increased attention is paid to the risk elements, which include ensuring security, regulatory and audit requirements are met
Ensure proper Knowledge transfer of new developments to the support teams
Keep regular track on training requirements and attend training sessions as and when required
Ensure all group processes are adhered by each and every project that is getting implemented
Implement changes during weekends.
