: Job Title Agile Coach

Years of Experience 15-18 Years
1. Responsible adoption of Agile methodologies in the practice
2. Provides mentoring to teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure effective Agile practices are implemented across projects
Role & Responsibilities 1. Lead the adoption of Agile practices across squads & accounts. Support squads in Agile transformation journey by providing expertise and guidance
2. Provide coaching and mentoring to squads and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
3. Ensure Effectiveness of agile ceremonies
4. Identify and address process inefficiencies and bottleneck
5. Standardize agile metrics used across the projects to track and help squads to implement the same
6. Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops for teams and stakeholders.
7. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain support for Agile initiatives
Technical Qualifications 1. ~15 years of overall experience with a proven track record of implementing agile transformation initiatives
2. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
3. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think strategically and drive organizational change.
