Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Agile Coach / Program Manager to lead and mentor our teams in adopting and excelling in Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for creating detailed Work Breakdown Structures, managing budget allocations, and ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and MS Azure DevOps will be crucial in guiding our teams through Agile practices, ensuring efficient project execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Coaching: Train, mentor, and support teams in adopting Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), ensuring best practices are followed.
• Program Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Work Breakdown Structures (WBS): Develop comprehensive WBS for projects, breaking down tasks into manageable components.
• Budget Allocation: Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
• Stakeholder Communication: Establish clear communication channels, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect, learn, and adapt for enhanced performance.
• Tool Utilization: Guide teams in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Azure DevOps) for effective project tracking and collaboration.
• Documentation: Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and risk assessments.

Requirements: 1. 2-3 Years of Experience in managing projects (IT, Healthcare) 2. Proficient in MS Suite, Power BI 3. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 4. Proven experience in resource and budget allocation within project management contexts. 5. Strong proficiency in creating project timelines, milestones, and work breakdown structures. 6. Excellent understanding of project scope management principles and practices. 7. Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively. 8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 9. Experience working in healthcare and IT-related projects is a plus. 10.
