Learn more at experianplc.com.Job descriptionThe role of the Agile Coach and Tooling Specialist is ideal for an experienced agile practitioner who exemplifies what good looks like in lean and agile ways of working.In this role you will: focus on specific ways of working issues with Business Units, Domains and multiple teams, as required to champion lean and agile ways of working within the CTO organisation, to enable faster delivery of the correct value to Experian customers and clients.- Work closely with the Product community and engineering teams to ensure lean and agile ways of working are practiced, using data points to help drive improvements. Coaching the teams to ensure a customer first mindset.- Develop, support and optimise Agile Lifecycle Management tooling (e.g. Jira/Confluence/Aha!) to provide automated tooling solutions to deliver agile solutions than empower teams and provide insight at team, product domain and portfolio level.- Supporting organisational transformations to Agile ways of working, demonstrating benefits of the transformations.- Create agile reports to support teams and provide management information to demonstrate improvements in ways of working to stakeholders.- Be an active member of the Agile Portfolio teams, helping to implement strategic direction of the wider team and suggesting, driving continuous improvement activities.- Work with stakeholders to coach teams on how to develop, create and measure OKR's. Alignment of OKR's to appropriate artifacts to help track and communicate OKR's to wider audiences.- Make use of metrics and measures to drive insight and continuous improvement to ensure the portfolio is continuously improving (e.g. DORA, Agile maturity, Team health etc) and impediments are processed promptly.- Use analysis to drive data led conversations when teams are not working in the best way and then use these results to influence, using various techniques changes in behaviour and culture with regards to ways of working.- Measure and Improve Agile maturity in the Teams and feed into the CTO roadmap to develop best practice define standards for organisational agility and devops.- Coach and mentor, the team members, managers and the wider business to encourage an agile mindset and ensure a safe, positive and collaborative environment to continuously improve.- Challenge the status quo to disrupt current ways of working to improve future ways of working with a measurable outcome.- Creation of training material and knowledge articles on ways of working and agile tooling to support the wider business.QualificationsQualifications
