Our diverse team of more than 2500 passionate professionals is what makes us the industry\'s tech wonder and the best in the world at what we do.Major offices in Sweden (HQ), Canada, Greece, India, Poland and Uruguay.Location: Mumbai & PuneDuties and responsibilities-The ancillary team\'s main focus area is to assign ancillaries manually via airlines\' websites and their portals and sometimes via GDS. If required the back office agent have to contact airlines and providers in order to finalize backend transactions. The role might also include refunds transactions via Internal tool. GDS skills will be considered as a benefit and the candidates might have a multi-function background within Back Office, depending on their skills and expertise.Requirements:

• Any Fresher/Non travel background experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (Night Shifts Included)
• Any previous work experience in Travel field is considered a benefit
• Having GDS knowledge will considered as an additional benefit
• Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)
